I just finished reading the book and really enjoyed it! It feels like the closest thing to a companion book to ERE in terms of overall ethos, though it's definitely its own unique work.

Re: Building an ERE Podcast playlist
Thank you for linking! I thought it might be helpful to have a repository of ERE episodes here instead of in separate threads.

Building an ERE Podcast playlist
I am trying to build an ERE podcast playlist on Spotify to reference. Here is what I have so far:
Advanced Retrodaptics - specifically episodes 1-5
Great Simplification - Vicki Robin
Various podcasts that Jacob has been on - Madfientist, Thorough Conversations, Talking Billions

Thanks for the response! You are not the first person to mention Gendlin, so this is something I need to look into.

Thanks, Ertyu, for the kind words. Embarking on the journey, especially those first few sessions before you gain the inner tools to process, was hard and scary but also worth it.

Seconding the recommendation on EMDR. I have been working with EMDR for the past year, and it is accelerating my healing way faster than talk therapy has.

Definitely. I am lucky that I am part of a duplex and my neighbor is quite handy/has more tools than me. I have helped him out with a few projects around his house to learn and he has fixed a few things in my house as well. I also use his lawn mower from time to time.

Hi Sodatrain,
I have actually been re-reading a lot of these posts as well. Also, something that didn't get mentioned here is reading old blog posts on ERE, as Jacob was moving up the Wheaton levels before we even had the Wheaton levels as a reference.

There are not many high-quality blogs in this FI space, and most are in the early stages, which won't be that fruitful for someone who has been thinking about this stuff for a longer period of time.
