If that's the case, focus your next ten years on becoming rich (at least millions, if not tens of millions), not just ERE.
IMO, the cost will be so prohibitive it will be done (if it is) by major governments, and they'll be picking the best people. Buying your spot on board won't happen for a LONG time.
