Food: € 4552 for two persons is € 2,10 per meal per person. 10 % less than in 2011, but even more important we ate healthy, again no health isue whatsoever and feeling very fit. Financial result came from compairing shop-prices. Health came from studies about food.
Heating and electricity: € 391 for the whole year. 60% less than 2011! Due to investment in solar-electricity (investment sum about € 750, installed diy), lower temp settings, using timers, changing energy-supplier)
Sold imac ( 5 years old) and from proceeds bought an ipad-mini. Less use of space, less use of energy.
Repaired broken laptop (replaced harddisk by solid state disk) and got it working again. That last part was the most difficult, thanks to instruction via you tube (from the ere-forum) I solved the software problems.
Maintained house, transport and boat (painting, sewer, carpentry, electricity, bicycles) all diy
Non financial investments: all geared to maintaining fitness/happy-with- lower-room-temp: skates, woolen underware, walking shoes, extra pair of kettle-bells.
Got lots of inspiration and lessons from the ere-forums. Thank you all and keep going in 2013.

2012 was when I embarked on semi-ERE with around a 9% SWR for bare expenses and suddenly found myself busier--and much happier--than when I was gainfully employed.
2012 was also a year of complete deleveraging for me. No mortgage, no loans, nothing. Then I started investing on margin and now I'm looking to improve the yield on my savings. That'll be a goal for 2013.
Another goal is cutting expenses, although that is really an ongoing journey.
