@AH's progress with the murphs has been impressive over the last year. The last 1/4 mile he was flying in. It won't be long before he does the whole thing weighted.

I improved on last year's time by 2 min 15 sec, down to 34:52. I think working out with someone else definitely helped improve my flow. It's hard to see how much I can improve on the time from here. The runs seem like the area where I can best shave off another minute or two. The world record for a partioned Murph looks like it's just over 28 minutes.

500 kb swings at 22min today, plus a 2min plank for closure. 45lbs, will do 53 next. (Animal was on the 65, true to form).

Last week we did some kind of heinous weight vest pull-up/kb swing/run, 1 mi 50 reps / half mile 25 reps / quarter mile 15 reps thing.

Week before that we did a 15mi hike.

That's like ~11,000 "overhead pounds" :shock: Are you guys preparing to wrestle a grizzlar or something?

Hey you never know up here. My gf had to chase a moose out of the yard again last night. Best to be prepared.
