I know I know, another article about introverts, but I liked this one. And I have a copy of the book he mentions "The Introvert Advantage" if anyone wants to read it. (I found this article through The Finance Buff so if you read that blog you've seen this.)

Thanks. I reserved at my Lib too.
Curious to see how much of that explains my preferences (say versus the MBTI)
"Extroverts also have a shorter pathway and less blood-flow to the brain."...that lower blood flow would probably explain the management decisions at work ;-)
I think the biggest value in such books/insight is to know that early on and apply it as an aid to choosing one's profession, life partner and other key decisions.

Fascinating read, resonated a lot with my experiences and confusion about why I am 'introverted' when I derive energy from others (but can't sustain that energy).

Especially like the distinction between extrovert and outgoing. Often used them as synonyms but they aren't.
