EREfest 2023 Survey #1
EREfest 2023 Survey #1
I offered to help AxelHeyst out with anything he might need for EREfest organization, and he has asked me to create a survey on his behalf with his questions so that he knows what to expect. Here it is:
https://forms.gle/6NS7yPRVxNHFWqaj6
Please fill it out so that he can get an idea of how many people are coming and what accommodations are needed
Regarding privacy, the responses are a saved in a spreadsheet I own that is only shared with AxelHeyst. I cannot see your email. If you are a lurker, there is an option to remain anonymous.
See you all at EREfest!

The 8th-10th are the days that, if you can only make a couple days, make it those days.
However, consider Ft Dirtbag open to arrivals and departures without question between the dates of September 1st (labor day weekend) and September 16th, the following weekend. Anyone is welcome to stay during that window in autonomous mode. We can self-organize anything we like during that time, or just Be Here, as you like.

How are the survey results so far?
Re: EREfest 2023 Survey #1
12 responses representing ~21 people, 4 responses were "I'd like to come but planning that far in advance is tricky" and the rest were "it'd take some emergency to keep me from coming." A mix of drivers, flyers, and train/bus/etc. ~7 women, two children, 3+ couples. Most people planning to tent camp but there are a couple rigs coming. Most people are planning to arrive and leave within a few days of The Weekend.
