I find it to be pretty much spot on.
As always, the real issue with these tests is "how self aware is the respondent?", but still a cool one.
Seems very close to the Myers Briggs
I'm surprised extraversion, openness, agreeableness were as high as they were, and that conscientiousness was as low as it was. I wonder how well they control for people answering how they'd like to be perceived, or misunderstanding themselves (i.e., having low self-awareness as Seppia put it above).
I took this a year ago or so I think because I love 538.
I remember thinking it was significantly off. Mainly it had me too extraverted and not neurotic enough. And my openness was something like 95%, and while it's true that I'll entertain any idea, I tend to avoid physical novelty like the plague, so am I actually open...?
I basically came away feeling like I knew less about myself than I did before I took the quiz.
Conscientiousness 42
Mostly organization which is easy when you do not own much.
Negative emotionality 8
I cannot really tell if this is true. Perhaps I do experience a continuous trickle of anxiety, but I never pay much attention to it because it is so steady.
Extraversion 42
Sociability is much lower than assertiveness and energy.
I got about the same scores as on the test in the other thread. 4 on Agreeableness, rather than 1.
You're just becoming a better person.
I'm not taking this. My scores on the other test showed mid 90's on the neuroticism subcategories of anger and anxiety. That just made me angry and anxious.
