A little road rash and busted chain guard (link to pix). Took a turn too fast on wet road and wiped out. Had to walk bike back home 3.5 miles or so. Luckily, I headed out on the bike early enough to where I had time to clean up at home and drive to work. Live and learn I suppose...

Bummer. At least your road rash and bike damage isn't too bad.
I'd guess you can just remove the chain guard. It's not really needed anyways assuming you can keep your pants out of the chainring.
