Just shows, technology and trying to "save the planet" with one's personal choices are still subject to politics at a higer level.
I think energy security is as big a threat to our security as long term changes in the air temperature.
And I recently heard that electrical energy creates 25% of all the planet's greenhouse gases.
Going on the internet is creating some of these gases and I don't think we are ready to give that up.

No, really? I thought the insides of power plants were full of unicorns running on 100% efficient treadmills. I guess I never considered what you feed them.
