Re: brute journal
I recon you mentioned you were '12%' in the other thread. So how many year's of expenses do you plan to save?

Welcome, Brute!
Llorona has questions for Brute:
1. Why does Brute refer to himself/herself in the third person?
2. Is Brute human?

If Brute isn't human then I fear the worst. Robots wanting ERE.
Re: brute journal
I can do maths, yo. I tried finding that earlier 12% post, I thought it was in the introduce yourself section but couldn't find it, maybe it was changed/deleted. So just wanted to confirm if I'm following correctly.
Edit: Additionally, it wasn't specified if that figure was the WR or reserve index in the earlier post.

But just think how low they could get their accommodation costs!Toska2 wrote:If Brute isn't human then I fear the worst. Robots wanting ERE.
Re: brute journal
there is an idea of brute. some kind of abstraction. but there is no real brute. only an entity, something illusory. and though brute can hide his cold gaze and humans can shake brutes hand and feel flesh gripping theirs, and maybe they can even sense their lifestyles are probably comparable, brute simply is not there.llorona wrote:Llorona has questions for Brute:

Re: brute journal
Almost 50 percent in one year. Good job...
Or no job?
Or no job?
Re: brute journal
no job, brute is down to 1.6x yearly living expenses from 3x because he's been bumming around the planet for over a year, unemployed.
Re: brute journal
It's still more than most people probably have. I think at some point though you have to grind it out.BRUTE wrote:no job, brute is down to 1.6x yearly living expenses from 3x because he's been bumming around the planet for over a year, unemployed.

Where are you? What are you doing? 'sounds nice to me.BRUTE wrote:no job, brute is down to 1.6x yearly living expenses from 3x because he's been bumming around the planet for over a year, unemployed.
Can I point out the discrepancy that spending one year from your stash brought it down 1.4 years expenses?
Re: brute journal
it was over a year, and during this time brute's location and cost of living fluctuated wildly. it fits the bill pretty well on average.
brute discovered that complete freedom of location and time can be very boring.
