Earlier tonight forum was down. Returning later it worked but showed me logged in as fiby40 with 23 notifications and apparent PM access (or not - I didn't look). Now cycling between being logged in as myself, logged out, and fiby40. Forum software glitch or something malicious?

My recent post was not published and I was logged out. This happens often enough for me to have gotten used to it by now but the reply didn't get posted. I thought it was a problem on my network side but when I logged in and typed the entire thing out again it showed the standard 'a recent post had been made while you were typing. You might want to consider in light of this message

Some thing is happening to me but with your account.

When I try to log out of your account, I can not. This message is shown

Same thing happened to me last night, except I showed up as jacob. I've also noticed the last couple days I get logged out as soon as I navigate away from the forum even when I select the "remember me" option. This morning things seem more normal.

Okay, I take that back. I had a notification that I went to check, then I checked on my outbox tab and wound up in someone else's (jason's) outbox. So still some wonkiness this morning.

Soon it will be revealed that there are only three real people populating this forum with varying pseudo-identities.

ETA: when I go to post, I turn back into myself. But I can't log out as these folks, so it's showing me browsing the forum as them.

When this happened I was jennypenny.

The forum was migrated to a new server just a few hours ago. DNS is likely not complete yet, so it might not work for everybody yet.

So relieved to see it back alive. Thank you so much for your work on this Jacob.

So far I'm not seeing the same issue occur for me. It was pretty obvious when it happened.

Was it a hardware failure?

Seriously, thank you. The internet can be a cold, dark place without this forum.

Now maybe the cold sweats can finally subside. ERE withdrawal is real.
