Hey guys and gals. I have been reading this forum for about a month but this is my first day posting. I have learned so much already from Jacob and many other posters from investments to every day living. I work as a real estate appraiser in California and as most of you know real estate careers are very cyclical. It can be feast or famine. Since my paychecks are never the same it is very important for me to live below my means just in case the unexpected happens. This website has given me some valuable tips on keeping expenses low and moving forward with a good plan. I look forward to becoming a bigger part of this community.
