You should probably specify at least which city/country it's in. Europe is a big place

You should list yourself on AirBnB or other online sites.

While you can rent on a day-to-day basis with AirBnB, due to the logistics on gaining entry it works better as a weekly/monthly rental. AirBnB is not just for tourists but works wherever people are looking for non-permanent accomodation. In the USA this would be less than 6 months (or some areas less than 1 year). I think a traditional motel/hotel works better for stays less than a week. Until AirBnB came around it was always a hassle tring to find short-term accomodation that was not a motel/hotel.
If you want longer-term renters, then just advertise the minimum rental as one week (or one month) and see what you get.

Any interesting features about the city/town/whatever you're in? Is there a university nearby?
