Hi, the storm in october blew off 10 to 20 tiles of the roof.
It was so windy I slept downstairs, only to be woken up by my wife telling me there were tiles in the garden, she heard the tiles fly off, and it was apparently pretty scary.
My carpenter knew there was job out there and was driving around with tiles in his truck, fixing roofs before the rain.
It cost me 20 €, which is pretty cheap considering the "opportunity".
The roof is high and steep enough that I wouldn't dare go up a ladder and fix that myself...
the rain came seconds after my roof was fixed, so I was pretty lucky.
