I don't know if this is the right forum, but I'm a Dave Ramsey kind of guy who found ERE recently, and part of my get out debt plan is to sell a nice little RV park at the Gulf Coast of AL that I've owned for 5 years. It has 87 sites and no deferred maintenance - if someone would be interested in an investment of this type, please send me a message.
