I have a slot in a Spotify family plan. This allows you to download music onto our phone (and possibly laptop?). It's possible to download from wifi and not cellular data.
My fav way to find new music is to meet sub-35 year old women who are attractive and look like they would listen to music that I like. Then I try to talk to them for long enough that they will accept an IG follow request or just follow them if they have public accounts. Then I watch their stories and see what music they overlay the story with. I have found a ton of great music watching attractive women ride motorcycles around the swamp. Next best method was asking a friend. Next next best method was working in a recording studio.
