A couple of ideas to consider for the mastermind groups:

1) Inviting individuals from other groups to your own group. The benefit for the invitee is to see how other groups conduct their meetings. This can be illuminating. The guest would learn from the group.

2) Inviting individual experts from outside the groups for guest appearances in the group. The group would learn from the guest.
