To elaborate on the previous point.

Model 1. Start with Red and Blue as two fundamental time-invariant properties of humans and cultures. Next, add the time dimension to the model. Next, assume that time = progress. => integrated SD available for everyone wIlling to *do the work* so to speak.

Model 2. Start with Red and Blue as two fundamental time-invariant properties of humans and cultures. Next, add the time dimension to the model. Next, assume that time is cyclical. => endless tug of war between Red and Blue being repackaged as different colors during the next cycle. Humans remain essentially the same across space and time.

Model 3. There are no fundamental time-invariant properties of humans. Time = progress => SD into infinity splitting the humankind into fundamentally different species.
