Do you have some kind of physical exercise in your day? I mostly sleep well, but much better If I wasn't sitting all day.

don't understand why going to sleep 500-800 makes me waking up at 800-1200PM -.-. then no sleep 000-400 AM. then a little bit of rest... and then mayhem.
It's similar to jet lag. There are a bunch of neurotransmitters designed to eventually put you to sleep (and keep you there) that starts building up when you wake up. While you're asleep, these are eliminated until you eventually wake up. There's a similar cycle with opposite polarity where transmitters designed to wake you up are built up when you sleep and eliminated when you're awake.
The actual chemistry is much more complicated than that (beyond me) but that's the gist of it. Therefore, if you go to bed early (like being in the wrong timezone), not only do you not sleep as long (because it takes less time to reset transmitters to zero while inadequate amounts of the waking kind are generated). It's also hard to fall asleep again because according to the transmitters you're done sleeping, but you're also not awake enough.
Caffeine can significantly alter this balance. This is why people use it. Or stop using it.
But yes, by going to bed too early (compared to being actually tired), you're simulating jet lag. Something like shift-work with alternating schedules (like 8-16 one day and 16-24 the next and then back to 8-16) will really screw you up.

I was having similar thoughts. If money is troubling you and you speak german or french, I cannot help you getting a engineer job in switzerland (I couldn't get one for myself with a relevant degree and good grades. I lack something else don't know what), but working in construction as a laborer gets me 4k a month and i could help you live with little money in switzerland.

This does feel like twitter.
OP tell us about yourself some more...have seen you post around the forums a bit.
What do you do for an income?
How far are you from RE?
Places traveled or planning to travel too?
What are you hoping to get out of RE?

Coherence comes in drips and drabs, and seems to have waned over the past year.
Stahlmann, I'm visiting the motherland soon. Give me some advice on how to help my fellow countryman realize their dreams of freedom and prosperity.
