For something out of left field, there are usually a few medical positions posted on Explorers Connect. Right now the listings are not so interesting but if you keep an eye on it there is usually a medical officer position in Antarctica or for a Himalayan expedition.

Congrats! It's always really exciting to see people taking charge over their own happiness!

Take the opportunity to embrace letting go. Once the stress fully wears off (it may take six months or so in my experience) I'll wager that new motivating opportunities will start to take hold and excite you.
