Dang, that's quite an ingredient list!! How do you power your blender?
It sure is! My supply is much larger than I thought. I am still going off that initial batch 3.5 weeks in with more jars still in the freezer.

The blender is electric. We just plug it in to an outlet that runs through an inverter off our batteries.

Alright, @theanimal motivated me to get going on green smoothies again. Before leaving, I had sold a bunch of vita-mix blenders and somehow sold the lid for the one in our kitchen. I finally found another complete container (48oz) at the swap so I am back in the saddle again. This one is only collard greens, watercress, parsley, kale and Brussels sprouts. For the breakfast meal I added half of a chopped beet, a scoop of protein powder (something new for me), fenugreek powder, creatine (also new), oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, blueberries, a little papaya and ground flax. Gotta start somewhere.

While we were gone someone had thrown out the old fridge we had in the basement. We had to replace a fridge in one of the apartments so, rather than have the delivery person haul the old one away, I dragged it to the basement and now have our double fridge setup again to store my smoothies.
