The quote function

Post by jacob »

Please use judiciously! This is for reasons of convenience and aesthetics in reading.

If you're replying to an entire post in general, just reply with @jacob (or whoever).

Only quote if you're addressing a specific sentence/paragraph in the entire post.

The general rule is that quantity of new text >> the quantity of quoted text.

While we are at it, can we do away with the using images and revert to ascii art only?

As long as the image is hosted elsewhere, It is just a string of text that is a pointer so it does not take up much space.

Sorry, just my odd sense of humour, I have no particular issue with images! :)
