Congrats on all tasks you managed to accomplish around EAST, on the free water (!), on the coats, and on all the favors you traded with everyone. Having niece around EAST will be fun, if only for the company. It's a good thing for her to participate in a renovation project, too, a lot can be learned by osmosis and it'll be much more in her comfort zone if she herself would like to embark on a similar project in the future.
Do you live at EAST full time now? How about the cats?
