I was exploring for synergies as anticipating a slight life shift the coming weeks and duckduckgoed 'operational research and skill acquisition' which led me nicely to Dreyfus model - which I then searched for on the forum and indeed it is mentioned here.

Then ventured to the exploration-exploitation dilemma which gave this little neat paper.

I think there was also something on the forum along the lines of the exploration-exploitation dilemma where there were two strategies labelled with letters, like 'T strategy' and another one, or something like this.

What was that?
