Yeah! I tried it, and kinda liked it. Should take it easy at the beginning, though: My training buddy got slightly injured: we did the forest-version of parkour, and those rocks are hard as a d***. So take it easy!

The key to cheap sporting activities is to become good enough to get paid to coach others. At his point, one can just show up anywhere in the world and play for free.

I spin poi to music out in my backyard, it's a blast. During the pandemic one of the best poi spinners this side of the earth offered his masterclass for free if you emailed him saying pretty please and that you wanted it to keep you sane. Poi can be light or hard work depending on what you're doing, some places offer it as an fun alternative to tai chi, other poi spinners look like break dancers.
