I've been trying out online tutoring lately, specifically coding/computer science. I find it enjoyable enough and I can charge more per hour than I make at my main job.
Hey canoe,

Where have you been getting clients for this kind of tutoring? Do you find your own clients or do you find work on some existing platform? I might try my hand at this sort of things since I work in software.

I just threw up an ad on Kijiji (like Craigslist but more popular where I live). So far only one client, but one who is currently booking a few hours per week. I may have just gotten lucky; time will tell.
