You've been using a nice way of summarizing savings.

Thanks, just got tired of posting graphics a little.

Yes, I think where people can get into trouble is viewing the market as a given, as a sure thing.

There is no contract with the market. There is no binding of any kind that says the market has to provide a 10% return in the next 20 years.

There is no legal recourse if it doesn't.

When a fresh 20 year old college grad comes to you for stock advice out of the blue, with those glittering eyes seeking riches, you know the gig is up.

I hope I am wrong, but the odds maybe against me.

You knew. It was an unfair fight. And yet you fought, bravely.

That time. I looked into your eyes and saw your soul. I found myself immersed in a place as vast as the universe. I had never before seen anything as beautiful. Did you see?

There must be a reason. I guess in a way, I never left you. You will always be you, within us, forever. Those that you've touched.

Smile. You always do. I will too. I will smile for you.

I think I see you now. Be you. Be happy. A better place. In Kingdom of God.

The Wall Street may recover, but the Main Street is in recession.

Not sure how long these $9 happy meals, $80 oil changes and $700 iphones are going to last, but these numbers are fast becoming unrealistic for those of us living in the main street.

Trapped inside the bubble, many don't have a clue that THEY ARE SLAVES for being dependent on government handouts just to live.

Save. Be sure to put away some for that rainy day.

For the rain always comes.

It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it.
If you think about that, you'll do things differently.

U.S. Image Plummets Internationally as Most Say Country Has Handled Coronavirus Badly

Reputation matters - a great deal.

How the rest of the world views us, impacts our standard of living, through increase in cooperative trades and allowing us to avoid costly wars.

In a lot of ways, reputation, is mightier than the sword. When you are coveted, people will follow your lead willingly, without threat, or the use of force.

This is what differentiates a leader from a tyrant.

People will stand with you, because they trust you and know that your words and actions are honorable.

We are coveted, not because we're the United States. We're coveted, because we have proven ourselves to the world, time and time again, what our values are and what we stand for.

This trust is earned, not given.

California v. Texas and Texas v. California: Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) on the line

https://www.supremecourt.gov/docket/doc ... 9-840.html

Issues: (1) Whether the individual and state plaintiffs in this case have established Article III standing to challenge the minimum-coverage provision in Section 5000A(a) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA); (2) whether reducing the amount specified in Section 5000A(c) to zero rendered the minimum-coverage provision unconstitutional; and (3) if so, whether the minimum-coverage provision is severable from the rest of the ACA.
