Ah, I understand. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

...Scrum...no specific question yet.
Well, first I'll also read the blog post about it.

And your first ERE goal is to save 1 year expenses, based on marketable content?
Hey wolf,

I have a long, dynamic list of ~50 life goals.

I picked 4 of them as current goals:
- I will save up my 1x annual expenses
- I will weight 85kg
- I will be more proactive and reliable
- I will communicate more honestly, directly and explicitly

Because these goals aren't that tangible/concrete/SMART,
I set up weekly milestones like you can see here:

- fill out a workshop form. I wanted to copy another form, but couldn't find it, so I was frustrated and didn't do it.
- research on how to create an awesome video intro. did research on some other effects, but then I forgot to do it, but I downloaded some videos.

What do I plan to do today? 3-5 MITs
- new project: update libraries
- new project: think about the database structure
- fill out a workshop form
- research on how to create an awesome video intro from the downloaded videos
- fasting until training, then meat & veggies afterwards
- strength training
- buy 2 birthday cards and buy some small stuff

Subject: Sprint Review: Week 31, 19/07/29.-04.

Life Goals Check

I will save up my 1x annual expenses:
- Past milestone: I will create content for 20 hrs/week. Passed. I did 20,5hrs of focused Pomodoro Work in 24,5hrs of blocked time, that's 83%.
- Next milestone: I will create content for 22 hrs/week. I have no appointments besides a 30min call today, so I will try to find a sweet-spot of focused Pomodoro Work hours that fits myself.

I will weigh 85kg:
- Past Milestone: I'll weigh 92,0kg on a 7day average. Passed. Exactly 92,0kg on average today. Today I am at 89,9kg, this is my lowest weight so far. I had only 1 Full day of Fasting.
- Next Milestone: I'll weigh 91,3kg on a 7day average. I plan for 3 Full Days of Fasting, I love the productivity of these days.

I will be more proactive and reliable:
- Past Milestone: I allow myself to move around 10 appointments/week. Passed. I passed, but I had trouble to exactly specifiy, what I "moved" means. I will change the wording, because I want to tackle the problem of "moving, because I don't feel motivated."
- Next Milestone: I allow myself to move around 10 appointments/week because I don't feel motivated.

I will communicate more honestly, directly and explicitly:
- Past Milestone: I allow myself to chicken out instead of talking/writing honestly, directly and explicitly 6 times/week. Passed. Great improvements, again. Every time I met a person, I greeted him/her with a handshake, I also did this in every sports group I'm in, sometimes 15 people. Some people were visibly intimidated by my behaviour, some of their handshakes were very wabbly and they couldn't hold eye contact. I saw a cute girl smiling at me at the grocery store, but I think I felt that I didn't look good, because I wasn't groomed at all. Have to be prepared for this kind of situations.
- Next Milestone: I allow myself to chicken out instead of talking/writing honestly, directly and explicitly 5 times/week.

What worked well?
- Yesterday I did a Full Day of Fasting, inlcuding a BBQ. At first, it was hard, especially because people asked me 10 times if I want to eat something. But I mastered it and I am very proud. I decreased my caffeine intake, what was hard at first, because I had some serious headaches.

What could be improved?
- I'm not very aware of that right now, I will take a look at it.

Life Goals Check

I will save up my 1x annual expenses:
- Past milestone: I will create content for 22 hrs/week. Failed
I did 11hrs of focused Pomodoro Work in 13hrs of blocked time, that's 85%. I was ill from Friday to Sunday.

- Next milestone: I will create content for 20 hrs/week. I have no appointments. I will push my video content creation by learning new stuff and afterwards creating videos about it.

I will weigh 85kg:
- Past milestone: I'll weigh 91,3kg on a 7day average. Passed
91,1kg on a 7day average today. 89,1kg as my lowest weight so far. I had 2 Full days of Fasting.

- Next milestone: I'll weigh 90,3kg on a 7day average. I plan for 3 Full Days of Fasting, I love the productivity of these days.

I will be more proactive and on time:
- Past milestone: I allow myself to move around 10 appointments/week because I don't feel motivated. Passed
I am currently having trouble to get out of bed, because I like to read and "get ready" by reading news and listening to podcasts, what costs me around 1hr in the morning. To be fair, that is not a problem, therefore I will increase my timeblock and won't stress myself about it. I change the wording from "to be reliable" to "to be on time", "reliable" is too generic.

- Next milestone: Not being on time 7 times/week.

I will communicate more honestly, directly and explicitly:
- Past milestone: Not talking/writing honestly, directly and explicitly 5 times/week. Passed
Worked great. Yesterday, I was out with some friends, one of them is a very aggressive & direct guy. He tried to boss me around, but I resisted when I didn't want to. Meanwhile it is very natural for me to communicate more explicitly.

- Next milestone: Not talking/writing honestly, directly and explicitly 5 times/week.

---

What worked well?
- Dieting worked very well.

What could be improved?
- I'm having problems, when interruptions occur and disrupt my "perfect" schedule.

What did I do yesterday?
- Full day of fasting
- 12p-course#3: learn new topic & create video for every lesson learned: 50%: have to divide it into smaller pieces
- strength training

What do I plan to do today? 3-5 MITs
- 2p-research next steps in my developer career
- 2p-pick top2 & create a plan to achieve these next steps. which resources/courses/lectures for which step
- 2p-create a "production/publishing" schedule with exactly themed time blocks. Currently my schedule is very generic, I'll learn to stick to a "production/publishing" schedule, because to gain traction I have to publish more content
- 2p-heavy strength training, because I've frontloaded after the full day of fasting

What is blocking me from achieving my goals?
- nothing

---

Notes
- from now on I will add my estimated amount of pomodori to every task, because I think this will increase my awareness for the tasks
- new: I am testing a new schedule: MO/WE/FR: Theme: cognition, Full Day of Fasting for better mental focus. TU/TH/SA/SU: Theme: physiological, nutrition frontloading in the morning, heavy workout, more "fun/planning" business stuff
- new: in the past, I kept my knowledge/learning insights private. I think other people can benefit from my learnings, therefore I will publish more of them by creating content
