What do you mean by "them"? The RVs or the RV luxury parks or ...?

RV's. It's just a personal thing. Even if they are luxury, it's not something I would enjoy. I don't begrudge anyone putting wheels under a mansion. It's just not for me. I wonder if they have RV chauffeurs? If you can afford $450K on one of those things, I'm guessing you might want someone to drive it. Who knows.

The "making sense" is that it's just another high end version/alternative to an existing business model i.e. a luxury trailer park.
