$24,479.57 over the last 12 months.
$2,039.96 per month.
$67.07 per day for one person.
I'd like to get down to $18,000 per year, $1500 per month, $50 per day.

Over the last 12 months:
£8403
£700.5
£23
This is the highest my spending has been over the last 3 years (for various reasons).

In 2016: $31,498. One person. I will probably exceed that total in 2017.
Re: What do you spend per YEAR / MONTH / DAY and person
I have no idea, but every spare cent I have is spent on debt. Perhaps I could count everything but that for 2018 and see what the answer is.

@frugal It depends on whether you are saving/accumulating or whether you are FI in which case you are not obliged to be frugal. It also depends on what the COL is where you are. It depends on who the individuals are that you are counting (child, adult, someone with extra health or other expenses). In our case one of us is in pricey student accommodation for quite a lot of the year so we have two households for much of the time. Reading the journals to get some context will tell you more, I can't think you will get much idea from these numbers but here goes.
My own figures (in retirement) are quite high but entirely affordable/sustainable. For year, month and day in USD these are = $38k, $3.2k, £105. Maintaining 3 adults. So the per person per day is $35.
Just picking a cost of living index from the internet. https://www.numbeo.com/cost-of-living/r ... ountry.jsp Portugal is placed 40th (index = 54) and US/UK are similar at 24th/25th index = 77/76). So you could expect that costs for someone living in Portugal would be c50% less than someone living in UK/US. See what I mean about context? What could appear high expenses to you would be low in the context of the US or UK.

$17k USD per year. $1,417 per month.$47 per day.
I would like it to be $9k USD per year. $750 per month. $25 per day. Lots of work to get there. All takes time.

Hi friends
As I understand, the difference between countries after house and cars paid, is not so big.
Food and other stuff is almost the same.
Correct?

If you look at the link I gave earlier you will see CoL (excluding rent) and also cost of food indices. The difference I quoted was in CoL excluding rent.
So these costs do differ. Rent and transport may be the main costs in a budget but there are other variations. Right now in the UK its cooling down so I suspect our heating costs are higher than yours.

Can you please summarize your daily expenses?
Thank you!

@frugal: You can read about it here. I don't write down every cent, therefore I don't have a detailed daily cost controlling. I budget and control in clusters on a monthly basis.
