No. Everything I do is on the back of an envelope---most of the time I don't even sketch it out; this is just the way I think. My plans are a combination of webs and fishbones if that makes sense.
All the diagrams in the book were made on Omnigraffle (a mac program). All the graphs where programmed in java and plotted using gnuplot.

I thought the fishbones diagrams were very cool. Nice way to consider a path of action. That was a new way of thinking for me.
On a separate note: Jacob, have you REALLY spent the 1000 hours necessary to master the art of commenting :)?

@Matt - I took the hours and divided by 10 :) ... so it's 300 posts. Everything on the internet is faster, eh?
