Bigato, I love the pictures. Your place and your garden are beautiful. And your pits are really cute. I love their coloring (I have a red-nosed pit so he's brown).

Trust is a very valuable commodity, particularly on a personal level.
I think this is also a sign that he trusts he is selling to the right person for the property. If he wasn't, then you'd probably find that he could make the deal more difficult while still keeping his word. Reward his trust, not necessarily with money, but by your actions.

I'm glad he is a trustworthy person bigato! More importantly, he values his values, not money. Your pictures of the property are great and I hope I can find a way to visit, though last time I checked, tickets from where I live cost around USD 1,300 .... yikes!
