Life Goals Check

I will save up my 1x annual expenses:

Finish project #c.
Finish my homepage update #h.
Write with the founder.
Finish project #t.

- Next milestone(s):
rate every company on my new list from Tier1-3 in order of "want to work there"
add two new pages to my homepage
write 7 articles

I will weigh 85kg:
- Past milestone:
I'll weigh 87,0kg on a 7day average. Failed. 87,1kg. Too close
I plan for a Caloric deficit of 6.000kcal. Failed. ~5.000kcal

No fasting days. But weight dropped steadily without them. Happy.
Started in June with an trending average of 95.1kg, now I am at 87.1kg.
Actual weight 85.7-86.2 the last 4 days.
Really happy about the journey so far.
Better done than perfect.

- Next milestone:
I'll weigh 86.5kg on a 7day average.
I plan for a Caloric deficit of 5.000kcal.

I will execute more proactively & I will communicate more directly & explicitly:
- Past milestone:
Max. 7 times/week not executing when alarm starts / chicken out. Passed
I think my current day-to-day management is good enough for me to move this goal into the background.
I decreased the complexity of my tooling.

Google Calendar: Schedule, automated daily timeblocks
KanbanFlow: Kanban Board (Current MOST IMPORTANT Projects => To Do => In Progress => Done), with priority (color) & project (label)
KanbanFlow: Pomodoro Timer (Preview & Review of every pomodoro)
1 Forum: Daily + Weekly Standup
2 Private Groups: social accountability through posting finished tasks & streaks

Hard & annoying to keep all this stuff in sync.

Dreaming about a tool, that manages ALL this stuff & is available on desktop & mobile.

- Next milestone:
I want to get used to this workflow. Not SMART or CSI. Doing my best.
