So does 0,3h means 18 minutes?
That's right.
It's one compound movement.
I am currently (not) doing deadlifts or squats for my lower body
and dips and pullups in a super set for my upper body.

Reading this consciously, I realize how embarrassing it is postponing 18minutes of working out.

Life Goals Check

I will save up my 1x annual expenses:
- Past milestone:
I will publish one article every day with at least 1000 characters. 4/7 - Failed

I listened to this podcast about Serializing Projects: https://www.ultraworking.com/podcast/ma ... g-projects
I published the first 4 days, then I finished this as "30 Day Publishing Project" where I published 29 articles and tripled my followers (1k => 3k).

I made a list of all my current projects in the pipeline and prioritized them.
#1 is a Web App I started some months ago. Because I only put some 5hrs here and there into it,
there was a lot of overhead through updating stuff etc.
I estimated 100h for v1 and put 20h over the weekend into it.
So I aim for 2 weeks of 40h each.
I will learn some new stuff and it can act as an app to generate some money.

- Next milestone:
Min: Project Web App WP: I will code for 5h/day.
Desired: Project Web App WP: I will code for 50h/week.

---

I will weigh 85kg:
- Past milestone:
I'll weigh 87,5kg on a 7day average. Failed
I plan for 3 Full Days of Fasting. Failed

I did a regeneration week.
Ate ad libitium.

- Next milestone:
I plan for 2 Full Days of Fasting.
No outcome goal to get a new weight baseline.

---

I will execute more proactively & I will communicate more directly & explicitly:
- Past milestone:
Max. 7 times/week not executing when the alarm starts / I want to ask/say something. Passed

Works great. I increased my working time blocks, therefore I "managed" the starting problem.
Wakeup: ~5:45 (I love to wakeup early)
Block #1: Work ~4-5h
Break: 1h eating, entertainment
Block #2: Work ~4-5h
So I only have to "start" two times.

- Next milestone:
Max. 7 times/week not executing when the alarm starts / I want to ask/say something.

---

What worked well?
- keeping most of the promises I make to myself
- work marathon
- managing my starting habit

What could be improved?
- fasting

I often have problems falling asleep from June-August, because sunset is at 10pm.
Sunset is currently at 7:30pm, that's great, because I can sleep in at 9pm and wake up at 5am (8hrs of sleep).
I love to work in the morning, because it's very quiet and there are no social "distractions".

Life Goals Check

I will save up my 1x annual expenses:
- Past milestone:
Min: Project Web App WP: I will code for 5h/day. Failed - 5/7
Desired: Project Web App WP: I will code for 50h/week. Failed - 31h

31h project web app.
06h giving workshops.
03h other app.

I am bad at finishing stuff.
I think it is called "Shiny Object Syndrome".
This week I will create a video course on a second, smaller app.

Action Plan:
1. MO: Plan & Build app, while Writing down a step-by-step guide
2. TU: Optimize 1.), Build optimized app
3. WE: Optimize 2.), Record building optimized app
4. THU: Edit recordings, Upload

- Next milestone:
Uploaded recordings of building an app.

---

I will weigh 85kg:
- Past milestone:
I plan for 2 Full Days of Fasting. Failed - 1

Reached my lowest daily weight, 85,9kg.
Current 7day average is 88,1kg.

- Next milestone:
I'll weigh 87,5kg on a 7day average.
I plan for 1 Full Day of Fasting.

---

I will execute more proactively & I will communicate more directly & explicitly:
- Past milestone:
Max. 7 times/week not executing when the alarm starts / I want to ask/say something. Passed

Works great.
Wakeup at ~5:45 on average.
Working out is currently my biggest challenge, because I postpone it and then I do it half-assed.
Better than not doing it at all, but I'll try to do it at noon.
I will use the alarm clock more often, therefore I have to plan stuff better by being more aware of myself.

- Next milestone:
Max. 7 times/week not executing when alarm starts / chicken out.

---

What worked well?
- amount of work hours

What could be improved?
- working out
- did 33h of solo entertainment stuff (95% watching netflix), that's 5h/d (-.-)

I am changing the format of the todos, because I don't work out.
[measurable unit]: todo
Binary, only yes/no.
< 5yes/week => decrease measurable unit
= 5yes/week => keep measurable unit
> 6yes/week => increase measurable unit

Hey there Freedom86

I admire goals and discipline. But, these can become counterproductive when the necessary expectations clash with reality. I found this to be an interesting take on getting where you want to go..https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aHDvEfiSipo .

BTW your last manager was incompetent. I was trained in Scrum by Ken Schweber who invented it (was formerly a marriage counsellor - interesting guy!) and he was clear, that it is always the TEAM that come up with estimates of how long things will take, NEVER management (Scrum master, product owner etc). Otherwise is just pseudo-agile bullshit for bossing people around. Sure, they can ask about blockers and attempt to facilitate - that is in fact much of their role. But never tell you how long things will take and also set a functional goal at the same time.

Good luck on continuing to identify your strengths and playing to them.

Enforcing discipline is a good thing but I would be careful not listening to the feelings subconcious mind tries to tell you. You can only achieve harmony if you live in peace with your feelings.

I know this concept as "Success Spirals" and I am actually using it for my everyday habits like waking up at 5.45, planning my day etc.
