Life Goals Check

I will save up my 1x annual expenses:
- Past milestone:
Uploaded recordings of building an app. Failed

I recognized that my priorities are currently not that sorted.
I think this is some fear of doing the uncomfortable stuff.
Like earning money.

Send 10 applications for short term projects (~1month)

I started a day, but I quit. Slacking aroud and programming was tiring.
BUT I did one full day yesterday, after sorting my prorities.

I'll weigh 87,0kg on a 7day average.
I plan for 3 Full Days of Fasting. (Already did one yesterday, new Why behind the goal)

I change the format of this approach, because I got serious problems to connect the daily tasks with the weekly milestones and the bigger projects.
My daily tasks oftentimes do not connect to the weekly milestones and at Mondays I think something like "Oh, shit, I actually forgot my weekly milestones". I did stuff, but not the stuff that leads to my goals. This feels good, because I don't see, that I didn't do productive stuff.

Therefore I created a "card", that tries to connect the big and the small stuff.

- remotejob: remove useless sites (too few projects in my niche)

additional stuff added up, therefore postpone the task to tomorrow

- add all jobs from my favorite companies (~10) to my joblist
- go through whole list & delete the jobs I do not meet most of the requirements & I don't like

- rank every job (company culture, product, gut feeling, opportunities to learn, tech stack etc.)
updated my homepage, therefore "forgot" to do this research stuff.
procrastinating on this kind of work all the time.

I will weigh 85kg:
- Past milestone:
I'll weigh 87,0kg on a 7day average. Failed. 87,1kg. Too close
I plan for a Caloric deficit of 6.000kcal. Failed. ~5.000kcal

No fasting days. But weight dropped steadily without them. Happy.
Started in June with an trending average of 95.1kg, now I am at 87.1kg.
Actual weight 85.7-86.2 the last 4 days.
Really happy about the journey so far.
Better done than perfect.

I'll weigh 86.5kg on a 7day average.
I plan for a Caloric deficit of 5.000kcal.

I think my current day-to-day management is good enough for me to move this goal into the background.
I decreased the complexity of my tooling.

Google Calendar: Schedule, automated daily timeblocks
KanbanFlow: Kanban Board (Current MOST IMPORTANT Projects => To Do => In Progress => Done), with priority (color) & project (label)
KanbanFlow: Pomodoro Timer (Preview & Review of every pomodoro)
1 Forum: Daily + Weekly Standup
2 Private Groups: social accountability through posting finished tasks & streaks

Hard & annoying to keep all this stuff in sync.

Dreaming about a tool, that manages ALL this stuff & is available on desktop & mobile.

I want to get used to this workflow. Not SMART or CSI. Doing my best.
