What did I do yesterday?
- Full day of fasting
- 12p-course#3: learn new topic & create video for every lesson learned: 50%: have to divide it into smaller pieces
- strength training

What do I plan to do today? 3-5 MITs
- 2p-research next steps in my developer career
- 2p-pick top2 & create a plan to achieve these next steps. which resources/courses/lectures for which step
- 2p-create a "production/publishing" schedule with exactly themed time blocks. Currently my schedule is very generic, I'll learn to stick to a "production/publishing" schedule, because to gain traction I have to publish more content
- 2p-heavy strength training, because I've frontloaded after the full day of fasting

What is blocking me from achieving my goals?
- nothing

---

Notes
- from now on I will add my estimated amount of pomodori to every task, because I think this will increase my awareness for the tasks
- new: I am testing a new schedule: MO/WE/FR: Theme: cognition, Full Day of Fasting for better mental focus. TU/TH/SA/SU: Theme: physiological, nutrition frontloading in the morning, heavy workout, more "fun/planning" business stuff
- new: in the past, I kept my knowledge/learning insights private. I think other people can benefit from my learnings, therefore I will publish more of them by creating content

- 1p-watch & cliff & publish #1
- 3p-watch & cliff & publish #2
- 1p-watch & cliff & publish #3

- 5p-watch & cliff & publish #4: #3 gave me enough knowledge, so I saw no benefit in doing this
- full day of fasting: no
- 1p-light workout: no

What do I plan to do today? 3-5 MITs
- full day of fasting: my full days of fasting lasted for 36hrs so far, today I will try ~48hrs, started yesterday at 10pm (12hrs ago), until tomorrow at 7pm (bbq). My primary reason is to practice my mind.
- 8p-creating content: live coding: I will create a fun project and record it
- 1p-light workout

What did I do yesterday?
- full day of fasting: had a stomach issue, therefore I ate one single piece of cheese
- 8p-creating content: live coding: I created content, unfortunately I changed my recording settings and therefore the recording was laggy
- 1p-light workout

What do I plan to do today? 3-5 MITs
- full day of fasting: second day of the 48hrs fast
- 8p-creating content: live coding
- 2p-heavy workout

Subject: Sprint Review: Week 33, 19/08/12.-18.

Life Goals Check

I will save up my 1x annual expenses:
- Past milestone: I will create content for 22 hrs/week. Failed
I did 17hrs of focused Pomodoro Work in 19.5hrs of blocked time, that's 87%.
I do stuff, but I think that it partly goes into the wrong direction.
I've recorded tutorials, but it's too unsteady.
Therefore I will start a 30 Day Challenge to publish one article every day with at least 1000 characters.
Why? I want to expand my audience and create a "publishing/creating content/giving value"-mindset.
I want to go from "creating" to "creating & publishing".

- Next milestone: I will publish one article every day with at least 1000 characters.

I will weigh 85kg:
- Past milestone: I'll weigh 90,3kg on a 7day average. Failed
90,5kg on a 7day average today. 87,7kg as my lowest weight so far. I had 3 Full days of Fasting.
On Saturday, I ate some stuff I normally do not eat (pasta, beer), since then I've been very bloated.

- Next milestone: I'll weigh 90,0kg on a 7day average. I plan for 3 Full Days of Fasting, because I love the productivity of these days.

I will be more proactive and on time:
- Past milestone:: Not being on time 7 times/week. Passed
I've setup two alarms at 6:30am and it is working so far, I groom and cold shower and do my cardio.
I was on time at all appointments.
I want to be more reliable walking the walk.

- Next milestone: Not being on time 3 times/week.

I will communicate more honestly, directly and explicitly:
- Past milestone: Not talking/writing honestly, directly and explicitly 5 times/week. Passed
Works great. I feel a gap between myself and other people, I perceive as being honest, direct & explicit,
because I think I'm not often in these kind of situations, where I have to stand my ground.

- Next milestone: Not talking/writing honestly, directly and explicitly 3 times/week.

---

What worked well?
- Fasting & Communicating

What could be improved?
- Too often, I need the feeling of being motivated. I have to practice to start whether I feel like it or not.

  • 1p-30DC: collect ideas
  • 1p-30DC: write post
  • 1p-create account on two freelancing websites
  • rest of the day: give workshop
  • 2p-heavy workout: only a light one, because I procrastinated on the other tasks and ran out of time before the workshop

What do I plan to do today? 3-5 MITs => 6,0h
  • full day of fasting
  • 0,5h-30DC: write post
  • 0,5h-fill out profile on two freelancing websites
  • 0,5h-draw with pencil
  • 0,5h-watch marketing playlist#1
  • 2,0h-watch marketing playlist#1
  • 1,0h-course#2: cut raw video material
  • 1,0h-heavy workout

What is blocking me from achieving my goals?
  • nothing
---------------------------------------------------

Notes
  • from now on I will add my estimated amount of pomodori to every task, because I think this will increase my awareness for the tasks => instead of scheduling my tasks with pomodori, I will use minutes to decrease complexity
  • in the past, I kept my knowledge/learning insights private. I think other people can benefit from my learnings, therefore I will publish more of them by creating content
  • I am testing a new schedule: MO/WE/FR: Theme: cognition, Full Day of Fasting for better mental focus.
