Do you sleep in it or with it on top of you?

lol- I was just thinking about Northern Michigan native novelist, Jim Harrison, and what some of his characters would have to say in reference to shortage of skinny females lamented in other thread.

Exciting. Wish I had something to add with the heat.
Curious, what took you to Germany from Spain?

I asked this question here a few years ago and I got some good advice. I had really warm blankets (down) but air was really cold in my room. It was drafty and Unheated.
People here suggested a covered bed. It is shocking how just limiting the convection above your bed using some drapes and cords can warm things up. I recall some number like the body putting out 100W. So I put on some heavy curtains and effectively shrunk the room around my bed. Changed the climate around my bed. I got rid of my persistent sinus infection too. Seemed the bugs living in my nose didn’t care if I had warm blankets so long as the air was cold. So the combination of warm bedding and a covered bed really changed things for the better.
Not sure how cold the interior of your place is. My place would be just above freezing on a cold night. It felt like camping without a tent.
