I also pay for good coffee and real cream, local produce, and better quality food in general.
One thing that's definitely an extravagance is travel. We mostly travel on rewards points since DH travels weekly for work, but these days I pay to upgrade the experience because I'm so tired of the increasing craziness surrounding air travel and grow less tolerant of crowds as I get older. That means I book the front of the plane whenever possible for more leg room and guaranteed overhead space, have a Global Entry card to avoid long TSA lines, and use a small local airport even though it can be more expensive. I also get rooms with kitchens and laundry whenever possible, which might be saving me money when you count meals and such, dunno. (it's kinda weird that at home I need less and less but when traveling feel I need more and more )
I just started playing golf this year, but I've been shooting guns since I was militarized at 18. I'm shooting between 104-110 so far. I (strangely?) enjoy going to the driving range and hitting buckets of balls with a single club. I'm hoping to shoot a double digit round within the next few months.

That's not bad! As long as it's not from the red tees. Most pros will tell you they hit a ton more 9-irons than drivers on the range.
Movies. They are windows into other worlds and a potential means of extrapolating character profiles and belief systems used by others. A movie is never just a movie just like a book isn't just print on paper.
Buying back time and removing bullshit from my life. Examples:

Uber / Taxi instead of public transit
Decent hotel for work travel. No day trips, no crappy beds.
Reliable car with AWD
Skipping / avoiding lines
Buying good enough solutions new, off the internet
Donating or throwing away unwanted things
Streaming media
High quality food / drink
Instruction from an expert
Earlier in my journey, I had frugal solutions for all of these. With the accumulation of wealth, time and energy are now my constraints. I adjusted.
