Does anyone have a working voip system based in Canada that they can recommend? No google voice or skype online numbers available here.
I am trying to find a system that works w/o a landline or cell phone.

I use Acanac (dot com) for my home internet DSL service on a dryloop line (not a working landline) in the Toronto area.

They are pretty cheap and the service is great (YMMV) and they do VOIP.

I've been using the Magicjack for about a month. If you are willing to leave a computer running in order to receive calls then it's a great deal.
