Donut Pan?
Can anyone recommend a brand of donut pan that doesn't have a chemical nonstick surface (e.g., no silicone or teflon)?

I haven't tried this myself but it looks like a great ERE compatible solution.

I used to fry donuts in a cast iron pan. Very greasy but good.
