retiring together

Not sure if this type of thing get's talked about or if it's a subject that's been brought up before. Does anyone on here want to find other early retirees to live together in a simi-commune setting? For instance, purchase land together perhaps a little community property, but after that everything else is separate? something like that? just a way to get a larger chunk of land out somewhere with similar valued people?
