Seems ERE appropriate to get fairly free money (if you purchased a CRT monitor or TV from 1995 to 2007, no proof of purchase required). This'll be my 3rd class action lawsuit to get money from, with Weston bread (price fixing) and Activia yogourt (misrepresentation) as the other two. It's nice getting a check in the mail for 5 minutes effort.

Re: FYI: CRT Class Action (Canada)
I get directed to them by family and/or friends, so far it's always been a different person sending it my way. Maybe I have a hidden money magnet in my brain...or probably they just know I'll be interested.
A google took me here: https://www.consumer-action.org/lawsuits/
There is also a class action database on the bar association's website, I assume there'd be something like that in the states too, but you need a better idea of what you are looking for as it includes EVERYTHING that's been voluntarily entered into the database.
