I got a recommendation today from someone who usually is well-informed that GGM is a good buy right now:

For the life of me, I can't figure out anything about what this is. Other than that fact that it has a yield of 8%, the rest of it goes right over my head. Normally I just ignore investment advice like this, but I thought it might be a good opportunity to learn something. Does anyone here know what a diversified, closed-end management investment company is?

Good place to start, thanks! Next question, is how do I find out what assets this fund holds? I can see that they have a 9.3% discount to NAV right now, which definitely makes me curious. However, I can't find this fund's prospectus anywhere on the Guggenheim site.
