FWIW I would have lent you money on the stated terms, but probably only up to 2-3% of my NW, which sadly is less than $50k.

Today, I would do so without a contract. But, at that time, maybe only with contract.

I wrote up thread that I was not looking for one person to loan the total amount.

If you are making an offer I appreciate it and would consider it. My question is, based on what you might know now based on what has transpired, would you rather make the loan than invest yourself in the same sector, especially when considering what it is I would be paying you back with?
