FWIW I would have lent you money on the stated terms, but probably only up to 2-3% of my NW, which sadly is less than $50k.

If you are making an offer I appreciate it and would consider it. My question is, based on what you might know now based on what has transpired, would you rather make the loan than invest yourself in the same sector, especially when considering what it is I would be paying you back with?
