Brokerage accounts have lost their minds

Post by CS »

Okay, it's Sunday, so no one is available to call about this but:

My Fidelity account flips back and forth between being too high by 55k and my Vanguard account shows roughly four times (400%!!) its expected value.

It seems to be connected to SGOL somehow.

Does anyone else have this issue? My head is spinning and I'm freaking out a bit.

Nevermind, I figured it out.

They split the stock 10 to 1, but are not pushing the new price until Monday. So I magically had ten times the share at the OLD price for one glorious weekend.

JFC. Heart attack city.

Haha! The same thing happened to me once going 1:5. Reverse-fun.
