I've used Tax Act online for my Form 1040 for the past few years. They provided taxpayer support on legal questions relating to taxes and that was fine. This year, I call them at different times and there is always a message they can't answer the phone. I can't reach anyone for tax help no matter when I call. Have they stopped providing taxpayer support? Their website says they provide support.
