Some detailed information on the CSR EO signed yesterday

I found the following information useful - especially since I'm looking at not having much income next year AND am still getting my insurance through the exchanges.

Btw, you might know these already, but just in case not, these are the acronyms referred to in the article -
CSR is Cost Sharing Reduction (help during the year from Health Insurance companies),
APTC is Advance Premium Tax Credit is what you get on your federal taxes. (It doesn't have to be taken in advance... it just can be.)
