Blood Work

Post by slowtraveler »

What's the cheap and easy way to get my blood tested for the basics so I can compare levels before and after changing diet?

I am currently pondering the same question.

I guess some metrics can be retrieved for free when donating blood.

Cheapest way is to just get it as part of an annual physical.

Otherwise, there are lots of private labs that will charge about $100 for a standard set of tests. Here's a typical list of what's available: https://www.privatemdlabs.com/lab_panel ... arch=#2137
