Caregivers for senior citizens?

Caregivers for senior citizens?
What do I expect working for a caregiver's facility caring for senior citizens? They said some of the common tasks would be to prepare food, appointments, running errands, light cleaning, possible bathing. Has anyone done a job like this? I haven't and they need weekend caregivers. I like helping others in need, and I already visit my 80-year-old neighbor on occasion and help her when her caregiver isn't around.
